This Privacy Policy explains how HitScore Labs LLC ("HitScore Labs", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with our corporate website at https://hitscorelabs.com.

1. Introduction

We publish this policy so that visitors to our website understand what information is and is not collected here, and how to reach us with privacy questions. We aim to describe our practices plainly and to keep this document accurate as the site changes.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies only to this corporate website. It does not apply to the individual applications and services published by HitScore Labs. Those products are operated separately, may collect information this website does not, and have their own privacy policies and terms. Please review the policy published on or within a given product before using it.

3. Information you may provide

This website does not require you to create an account and does not ask for personal information in order to browse it.

The contact form on our Contact page does not transmit anything to us on its own. It composes a pre-addressed message in your own email client, which you then choose whether to send. The details you type into the form are not received or stored by this website.

If you email us — through the form or directly — we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to include in your message. We use it to respond to you and to handle the matter you raised.

4. Information collected automatically

This website does not run analytics software, advertising scripts, or third-party tracking technologies.

Our hosting provider may automatically generate standard server logs as part of delivering and securing the site. Such logs typically include information like IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, and timestamp. This is ordinary infrastructure logging that we do not use to build profiles of visitors or to identify individuals.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not set cookies, and does not use local storage, pixels, beacons, or fingerprinting techniques to track visitors. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

If we introduce cookies or similar technologies in the future, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice mechanism required by applicable law before doing so.

6. How information may be used

Where we do receive information, we may use it to:

  • respond to enquiries and provide support;
  • discuss potential projects, partnerships, or business matters;
  • handle privacy requests and legal enquiries;
  • operate, maintain, and secure this website; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.

7. Service providers

We rely on third parties to operate this website and our email — in particular a web hosting provider and an email provider. These providers process information only as necessary to deliver their services to us. We do not authorise them to use it for their own purposes.

8. Legal compliance and protection

We may disclose information where we believe in good faith that doing so is required by law, or reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of HitScore Labs, our users, or the public.

9. Data retention

We retain email correspondence for as long as needed to address the matter it concerns and to keep a reasonable business record, after which it may be deleted. Server logs generated by our hosting provider are retained according to that provider’s standard practices.

10. Data security

This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We take reasonable measures appropriate to a website of this kind to protect information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International access

This website is operated from the United States and can be reached from other countries. If you contact us from outside the United States, information in your message will be transferred to and handled in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

12. Children's privacy

This website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

13. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal information we hold about you — such as the right to request access to it, to request correction or deletion, or to object to certain processing. Because this website collects so little, in most cases the only information we hold about a visitor is email correspondence they chose to send us.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to ask for information to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

14. Third-party websites and product links

Our website links to the official websites of HitScore Labs products, and may link to other third-party sites. Those destinations are governed by their own privacy policies and terms, not by this one. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of websites we do not operate, and we encourage you to read the policies of any site you visit.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear on this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.

16. Contact us

For any question or request relating to privacy, contact HitScore Labs LLC at [email protected].
